What are the learning modules?

There are plenty of places where you can study the abstract academics of leadership, but Women Who Lead is designed to be a personal journey of the realities behind being a successful leader – told through the individual stories of over 70 experienced female leaders.

Eduro’s CEO, Kim Cofino, will guide you through the content with introductory videos to each module putting the over 70 conversations from successful female leaders around the world into context.

I am honored to have had such inspiring conversations with so many amazing women around the world. I feel like I’ve been given a master class in leadership and I can’t wait to share that with you! My favorite part of this project is that these are truly authentic conversations, woman to woman, about the real life, the real struggles, and the real achievements of female leaders. Our vision is to provide a window into the lived experience of our female leaders and I know you will be as inspired by their stories as much I am!

"Women Who Lead" Interviewer, CEO Eduro Learning

Have you been thinking about taking the leap into leadership?
Start Women Who Lead RIGHT NOW and be confident in applying, and ready to interview for the leadership job you want!

The thought of hearing from different women on the topic of leadership was exciting to me. I enjoyed listening to the different responses to the same questions. The varied perspective was interesting. Also, having to reflect on the learning and apply in my own situation was helpful for me to process and personalize the information.

I learned many valuable lessons and it affirmed some of the things that I am already doing. I think it can help female leaders in any area of their journey. I enjoyed the learning for each section of the course. I never came away empty-handed but always left with something to ponder, or an area to improve in. I was challenged and motivated to improve.

The most valuable part of the course for me was about how to handle confrontation as a leader. I thought the responses were clear and offered advice for dealing with difficult conversations. It helped my see that difficult conversations are opportunities for growth.

Eduro Learning Partnerships

Eduro Learning is proud to announce our partnership with ECIS and TCSJ for the Women Who Lead program!

Eduro Learning and ECIS Collaborate with Women Who Lead

For over 55 years, ECIS, our members, and the communities we serve, have faced significant challenges and come through them all by supporting each other and working together. Through the power of commonality and inclusion. It certainly is the most surreal time; thankfully the spirit of community has been reenergised, however there is still so much more to do.

We would suggest that at no other time have International School Leaders had the opportunity to carefully consider and fully embrace diversity, inclusion, and to embed equity and belonging within your communities. Diversity builds innovative, high performing and talented networks.

As a result ECIS are delighted to collaborate with Eduro Learning and the Women Who Lead Project to offer opportunities for authentic discussion around the individual journeys we have taken to Leadership.  Ensuring that Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging is a pillar of our entire International School Community.
